charlie casts flipendo at the statues "now u filthy pesky kids have really ticked me off" charlie didnt forget about the headmistress, the pointed his wand at her and casts imperio and makes her walk away, "ok now she is outta the way" charlie with a big grin was decidngin to curse who first, he chose the gryffindor. "goodbye" he pointed his wand "AVADA KA........"

"Expelliarmus " i yelled before he could finish the curse and his wand flew out of his hand landoing on the floor next to my feet i quickly picked it up

I froze at the spell he was about to cast....the spell that killed my parents....

I snapped myself out of it and retrieved his wand. I put it in my pocket and pointed my own wand at him. "Now leave Death Eater."

Stella was walking back to her dorm and heard shouting she rushed to where she heard it and stoped behind a wall, she peeked on the other side and saw a death eater against 2 girls. She took out her wand and pointed it at the headmistress, and undid the curse.

Stella didn't want to get into the mess they were in, she wanted to make things better. That's the way she is. She decided to take another way and turned back.

I watched as every thing happend a little faster then i had excpected. i pointed my wand at the other girls and the head mistresses and said "Conjunctivitus" I looked at the death eater and smiled. "shall we go?"

Miranda came back and saw the Slytherin jinx the other girl. She took the chance to hex the Death Eater

She used the Bat-Bogey Hex on The Death Eater, and unjinxed the girls. "Go!" she pointed down the hall hoping the girls would follow.

Miranda glared at The Slytherin girl and hoped she would follow the girls too. " I will speak to you later."

I sighed when I saw the head mistresses come back. I looked at the death eater and gave him a smile. "sorry I tried." I looked at the head mistress "yes head mistress" I walked off towards my house.

"Expelliarmus!" she shouted at the Distracted Deat Eater again. His wand flew out of his hand, "Locomotor Mortis." She muttered again and the Death Eater couldnt move now. She took one last look and took off in the other direction of the girls.

I walked back to the Common Room. My depression coming back to me as the killing spell he had tried to use on me repeated in my head. The spell that took my parents from me.

Stands firmly at the top of the stair case and shakes his head due tothe amount of comotion. Walks down the steps slowly, turns the bend of the stair and heads down into the dungeon.

Valerie peeks out and is glad all of that commontion is gone. Takes the new first years to the common room. Comes back and move the Death Eater into the broom closet so no one has to look @ him binds his hands and feet hoping nobody will find him. Looking for her boyfriend Chris sees him talking to his friends about Qudditch(hey even nerds likes the sport) and he is wondering whether or not to try out for the Gryffindor team. I tell him he should he is really good. I had on trying out for my team. Hoping to get the keeper postion.

Going back to the broom closet I let the Death Eater out of the closet hoping he learned his leason about picking on kids.
